Elections to State Duma in Bashkortostan: shady vote results at 68 PECs
On November 10, the vote results in Tuymazy, Bashkortostan, will be challenged in a hearing. The ex-candidates to State Duma representing the Communist Party Ilham Galin and Sergey Golovin question the vote results in Neftekamsk constituency No. 6. The plaintiffs are claiming for invalidation of election results and vote recount. The lawsuit was filed against more than 60 precinct election commissions.

The movement advocating for voter rights ‘Golos’ requests the CEC to investigate the persecution of election observers in Korolev. There the polling day resulted in five administrative protocols on intervention in commission work (Article 5.69 of the Administrative Code).

CEC considers amending the rules on tenure of precinct election officials
The CEC does not exclude a possibility of revoking the five-year term of office principle applied to precinct election officials. The CEC member Boris Ebzeev presented this proposal at CEC session. Korolev court imposed a fine on election observer
The Court of Korolev has found the citizen observer Alisa Kuznetsova guilty of interfering in the work of the PEC. The lady was fined with 2000 rubles. The defense does not agree with decision and will appeal it.
