Actually NTV did not dare to interview the movement ‘Golos’, but released a trailer of the next broadcast.

We have to watch the broadcast before judging, nevertheless, we can already say a couple of words about the trailer. ‘Anthology of hysteria’, so to say.

Point №1. Deceased coordinator

First, I would like to express my gratitude to NTV for remembering our friend, as we hold bright memories of the coordinator from the Altai Krai Sergey Andreev, who passed away on January 2, 2014.

What an emergency occurred in NTV that the producers decided to release a broadcast about the man who passed away 2 years ago? What kind of ‘instructions’ may convey the long dead man, as it is said behind the scenes? In the 2016 Election to the State Duma?

I would like to express my apologies, Sergey, that 2 years after your death, we have not deterred from the scoundrels in our country, disturbing you. I would like to thank you for helping us to bring perpetrators into the light even after your death.

Point №2. Leaflet

Since the very beginning of the video, you could feel the underworld. Already at the fourth second of the trailer (00:04) you could spot a leaflet from 2011.

How the ‘Golos’ Foundation or the Association ‘Golos’ are related to this? It is a leaflet of the campaign ‘NaX-NaX’. It was published at the expense of personal funds of Boris Nemtsov, what, by the way, was indicated on the flyer, as well as the name and the website of the People's Freedom Party (of B. Nemtsov, M. Kasyanov, V. Ryzhkov and V. Milov) which was not yet registered by that time. The leaflet encourages to spoil ballots. It was an idea of Boris Nemtsov. In the regions the activists of ‘Solidarity’ movement distributed those leaflets.

The website http://svobodanaroda.org/ was indicated on the leaflet. The website, as anyone can easily check with a single click, is closed since ages.

Boris Yefimovich Nemtsov has passed away, too.

Point №3. ‘Gazeta.ru’

However, the gravediggers are not appeased. The next still frame is about the leaflet referring to a ‘Map of violations’. It is obvious that at that time ‘Gazeta.ru’ contributed to the ‘Map of violations’.

Nevertheless, have mercy! This collaboration has been terminated under mysterious circumstances in 2011! How many more decedents will the NTV viewers sustain?

Point №4. The Foundation ‘Golos’

The NTV producers decided that the viewers would endure that and for some reason inserted a still frame on a grant received by the Foundation ‘Golos’. Whether anyone understands that the Foundation suspended the activities related to election observation in 2012, after the entry into force of the Law on Foreign Agents.

In 2016, it was completely liquidated by the court decision with the support of the Ministry of Justice. It is defunct now too.

Point №5. Grant to the Foundation

This grant? Nobody denied the reception of this grant. NTV was reiterating about this grant. All data can be found on the website of Ministry of Justice. Moreover, the foundation had to pay taxes for the grant, in violation of the law. After that, a share of it was invoked to pay a salary of the State Duma MP and replenished an empty wallet of Russian pensioner. Yes, Yes. Even they benefited from the money received under this frightening logo.

Once again, it smells! The grant has been allocated as the support to the project ‘Transparent Elections’ launched in August 2010 until September 2012. Since November 2012, the funding of election observation activities has been terminated, as this fact could be supported with the bank statements. At that time the Foundation had the only unexpected task: to pass audit and to return the unused funds. To do this, the contract was extended until 2013.

Point №6. Lilia Vasilevna and ‘great salary’

At the 8th second of the trailer, we watch Lilia Vasilyevna Shibanova pronouncing the words ‘Good salary. Large grant’. It is great. The society had to touch the bottom and it is now intimidated with the words ‘good salary’. A viewer wants to grab a pitchfork right now. The crime is obvious: a good salary!

Shall we remind a viewer that we are talking about the year 2011? At that time many people enjoyed ‘good salaries’.

It is engrossing to compare our ‘good salaries’ with the salaries of the OSCE observers, as the Russian government itself contributes to the remuneration of the latter ones. What would you like? Knowing how the government is formed costs a lot. As we have witnessed in recent years, the cost of not being aware is even higher.

Yes, are the salaries so criminally good? In comparison with the grants obtained later under the decree of President Putin, we could not say they were exorbitant.

Point №7. 2008 Photos

Enjoying the digging process, NTV even revived the 2008 events. The photo of Roman Udot of 1 April 2008 was brought to light. At that time, he had no relations with ‘Golos’ at all. He thoughtlessly stood on the Maidan, demonstrating his official election observer certificate issued by the Central Election Commission of Ukraine in .... 2004!

The publication of this picture seems bizarre, as Udot does not remember posting it. Maybe the ‘journalists’ obtained it from the computers seized from him during the search conducted on 7 July 2015.

It is difficult to understand the thought process of NTV producers. Perhaps, since 2004 sly Udot has been bringing forth plans… and even now he proudly demonstrates his certificate.

Point №8. 2014 Photos

He is as well proud of his election observer certificate issued for the 2014 Election in Ukraine. Namely, NTV ‘treats’ its viewers with the two-year-old photograph, made on 26 May 2014.

What, according to the NTV, had to prove these relics displaying the image of one of the observers? Apart from Ukraine, he was lucky to observe elections in Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Moldova and Armenia. He serves as an agent of all these countries? All at once or by rotation?

Point №9. Secret meetings

The journalists at some point realized that for initiating such a potboiler and junk they might be really kicked out, but anyways they added still frames from a video made less than two years ago.

Thus, under the threatening slogan ‘secret workshops in the Baltic States’, NTV distributed to the naive viewers the video about the ‘Forum of non-governmental observers’, which was held in 2016 in Moscow. It remains a mystery why ‘the Baltic States’ were turned into ‘Moscow’ and why the event was so ‘secret’, as it was broadcasted from the first to the last day.

Moreover, the forum was so anti-Russian, that the chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation had the honor to attend and speak up in this event.

The representatives of CEC apparatus participated in the meeting, as well as the Human Rights Commissioner of the Russian Federation and various organizations engaged in election observation. Taking into account the insane interest of security services in the observers’ activities, the forum went through thorough examination, checking whether its funding sources are exclusively Russian.

It is obvious that the words used to describe the ‘secret workshops in the Baltic States’ as showed in the video of the event could be perceived as one more indication of ‘Anthology of hysteria’.

Point №10. Old logo

We should separately speak about the quality of NTV ‘journalists’ work demonstrated in this forum. We do not know how NTV made this video montage, but we kept the video records of the actual events.

It is just a wonderful example of the media work. A journalist, so to speak, with propensity for necrophilia, gesticulating with a forged paper and referring to this ‘document’ as a report ‘to the German government experts’ (sic!). Why is it a document? Here you can see the logo!

First, this logo has nothing to do with the movement ‘Golos’. It was the well-known logo of the Association ‘GOLOS’, which activities were suspended by a court decision in 2013.

Second, our colleague was well surprised asking, whether it is enough to put some logo on a piece of paper to turn it into a ‘document’? And if NTV logo is put on some paper? For example, a contract for the sale of the souls of its team to Mr. Mephistopheles could look like that. The suspicions regarding the existence of such a document creep into our minds.

Point №11. Secret talks with the Western diplomats

NTV did not disdain to use any footage, invoking a considerable scandal. As a result of telephone tapping, they got the information about the Canadian diplomats visiting ‘Golos’. The national and foreign press covered this scandal.

The ‘secret talks’ were held respectively: in the middle of the day a huge executive class SUV with red diplomatic license plates approached the office. In the opinion of NTV, it is the way the participants of ‘secret talks’ meet.

Conclusion

What was supposed to mean, according to the authors, this hotchpotch invoking information from different years, organizations and events? In order to prevent viewer from completely losing his mind, Mr. Borisov Igor Borisovich appears in the video and summarizes the chaotic results of the digging and exhumations: ‘Foreigners are getting ready for our elections!’

For which elections are the foreigners preparing, Igor Borisovich? How and by whom? By the deceased coordinators, closed foundations, under completed projects? Igor Borisovich, let’s finally take a sober look at things!
