"Golos" project was awarded the National Prize for Civic Initiative

12 December. Moscow theater «Russian Song» at the solemn ceremony were published in the National Award «Civil Initiative» winners.

Nomination of Freedom weather – human rights initiatives, the fight against corruption and violations of civil liberties – won the project «Russian election commissions WikiUIKi «database»; led by Grigory Melkonyants. Grigory award was presented to a well-known journalist Vladimir Pozner.

Opening Ceremony Alexei Kudrin said that the competition is growing, expanding its regional stages next year will be held in other Russian cities, and nominees will increase. «Your work as a wave rippled through the entire country," – he said.

Nominees and winners came to greet famous actors and singers Alexey Kortnev, Tamara Gverdtsiteli, Nadezhda Babkin, Soso Pavliašvili, TV host Vladimir Pozner, journalist Yuri Kobaladze. The event was hosted by Leonid Jarmolnik and actors Elizabeth Arzamasova.
